I recently had the opportunity to attend the Runaway Bay Sport and Leadership Excellence Centre with year 5 students. The Sports Centre is conveniently located at the epicentre of the Runaway Bay Sports Precinct. We were treated with teachers Bek and Jesse who worked tirelessly with all students and through close consultation with school teachers achieved desired outcomes to provide the best experience for all our students.
I would highly recommend this facility to other schools.

This is the second time I have come to the Runaway Bay Sports and Leadership Excellence Centre. On both occasions the experiences both the students and teachers gained was invaluable. The activities planned and executed by the teaching staff at Runaway Bay Sports and Leadership Excellence Centre was exceptional, there was a consistent emphasis on the school's curriculum which identified areas of development for students both physically and mentally. The students responded really well to this style of teaching and were always involved whilst having fun and going out of their comfort zone. The flexibility of the program to support our students was great and helped include all students. The accommodation and food has always been great with students always wanting seconds.
Overall the experience that we received was awesome! The students came back to school with a better understanding of what's involved to become stronger both physically and mentally and what steps are essential to become elite in their chosen field.
